We want you to love your White Fox items, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal service location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
